Left 4 Dead (PC)

"While it isn't that bad, like nice graphics, some cool moves and innovations, it felt just like Zombie Panic (source mod) etc, just a little more polished. For free? Fair enough. Full price game? No way. Mmaybe i'll get it when its like < €10."

Crysis (PC)

"Crysis is one of the most overhyped games ever. Visuals 10%+, requirements 100%+. Gameplay.. didn't really play the game, only some short parts while staying with a friend. Ok, but nothing special."

Empire Earth (PC)

"Age of Empires I+II are superior though this in terms of tactics, differences between the races, look, story..while you got more technologies, more eras, more freedom and so in Civilization. Nice/ok."

Empire Earth II (PC)

"A worthy successor to Empire Earth, but as the prequel, it does not reach the quality of Age of Empires, especially not like Age of Empires II. I'm even considering saying AoE III is better. Not sure."

S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Shadow of Chernobyl (PC)

"Perfomance in beta was worse then Crysis now. And that even on high-end computers with everything turned down. Not a good start. Didn't touch it again yet, so perhaps they polished it..doubt it though"

Gears of War 2 (X360)

"If it as good as Gears of War, i will play it in coop once again. If my rig can handle it."

Guild Wars (PC)

"One of the better so called AAA MMORPGs. It's late/early, so i'm not gonna write anything else here now. Perhaps i'll update it sometime else."

Half-Life 2 (PC)

"Loved it. Can't wait for Episode 3 and beyond."

Hellgate: London (PC)

"Diablo 2.5? Good joke."

Lord of the Rings Online (PC)

"The boosk were great, the movies where great, the game is bad. Third time is no charm here."

Neverwinter Nights (PC)

"In every single way superior to Baldurs Gate. I don't know how many hours i spent with it, as i played all three official modules and several really great fan modules. Love it. <3,"

StarCraft (PC)

"Stomped the competition into the ground, or better, buried them under a horde of zerglings. My favorite RTS, played it for endless hours, vanilla SC/SC:BW and fun maps. Among the best games ever made"

Unreal Tournament (PC)

"In 2291, in an attempt to contro... My love for UT started with the superb intro. Sometimes i watch it on youtube and so. Best game out of the series. The others where okay, but nowhere as good."

Unreal Tournament 3 (PC)

"It's okay, but nowhere as good as the original UT."

WarCraft III: Reign of Chaos (PC-MAC)

"Different approach compared to Starcraft, but a job well done. Played it endless hours, too. Not that much online, but LAN (vanilla WC3/TFT and funmaps, like TD, DoTA, Fuzas.."

Age of Empires II (PC)

"Like Age of Empires before it was really nice, it it still one of the best games ever made, at least compared to similiar games. Best game of the whole "Age of" series."

Call of Duty 2 (PC)

"Before i played it, i didn't like the series that much. Don't know why..just thought "can't be good". But it was. Gameplay, graphics, still good perfomance..hope CoD 5+ will be as good as CoD2/4."

Diablo (PC)

"I wasn't that familiar with Blizzard back then, though i played Warcraft I/II before. Was something like a secret back then..really cool. They invented a whole genre with this game..or made it popular"

Diablo II (PC)

"One of the best games i ever played. Didn't play it on BNET, i prefer playing with people i know, and did only play once or two with 3 or more people.. but it was fun. Played it through several times"

Characters:

Joscui, Level 82 Amazon — The only character i completed Diablo II at all difficulties. Played it on coop with a friend, after dozens of Baal runs we decided to stop and go play something else. As you may already have guessed from the equipment (though nowhere the best, as stated before with Shyntae) Joscui is a spear/javelin and therefore lightning amazon.

Sherouz, Level 77 Necromancer — My first and (currently) last necromancer i really played. Startet a few times, but got nowhere this far. Used a mix of summoning (fire golem) and bone/poision spells (bone spirit) and some of the more useful curses at level 1, where you get the best cost/use ratio out of them without really investing something. Didn't play through Hell Mode, just started with Act II back then.. who knows, perhaps i will get another chance to finish it befor DIII :)

Shyntae, Level 72 Sorceress — I never put that much effort into finding the best items, or getting the best skilling, so i'm fine with what i got, even though many of you will say "thats what you call equipment?". Shyntae is/was a fire mage by the way.

Diablo III (PC)

"I loved Diablo, i loved Diablo II (one of the few games i really played through several times. I trust Blizzard will deliver what they promised. To bad we will have to wait 'till 2009/2010."

Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic (PC)

"First time i tried i was put off.Thought it was a shooter. But after irealized it was NWN mixed with Star Wars, i was really excited. Worst thing: It had to end somewhere. Would play it forever, or so"

2Moons (PC)

"Typical MMO, not worth the time downloading it."

9Dragons (PC)

"Typical MMO, not worth the time downloading it."

Age of Empires (PC)

"Age of Empires was really cool, wish someone would make a game that delivers such a new experience today. Especially a RTS. Was superseeded by AoE II in everything, except uniqueness"

Age of Empires III (PC)

"Compared to AoE I/II it isn't that good, the new card features and so is just a try to spice it up, the missions aren't as good as they are more scripted and so..but its ok. Better then most, still."

Age Of Mythology (PC)

"It was neither new like Age of Empires, nor it was that polished like Age of Empires: Age of Kings/Conquerors, but it was fun, at least singleplayer. Multiplayer suffers from balancing issues."

Age of Wonders (PC)

"Was nice back then, but it did not last. I do not even remember anything besides that it was okay."

Age of Wonders 2 (PC)

"Similiar to Age of Wonders, the game itself and my experience. Nothing else to say."

America's Army (PC-MAC)

"Good try, training was well done, but ultimately it suffered from trying to be realistic. You die easily, it is pretty hard to tell friends and enemies apart, at least at the beginning etc. "

Anarchy Online (PC)

"I liked the background, the story/setting, but the game itself suffered despite being praised as different from all the issues of a typical mmo: Grinding, no roleplaying etc. Face of Mankind > AO"

Archlord (PC)

"Fail. Just fail. Not even a good try, except for convincing people that it is different. It is not. "

Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare (PC)

"Like Call of Duty 2, it really achieved what it was supposed to. Liked it, played it through. Even considered trying it with a higher difficulty level, but i' m not that type, even failed at training."

Fallout 3 (PC)

"After Fallout I, II and Tactics, finally a new one. No love at first sight, though. Screenshots looked awkward at first, but one of the gameplay trailer made me think otherwise. Looking forward to it."

Gears of War (X360)

"Played it coop with a friend. Had some moments where we thought "wtf? no way you can get this done", but in the end, we completed it. You like coop and fps? Play it. Lan/voice talk for must fun."
